About Springtij
Springtij was born in 2023 as an evolution of De Schans family businesses from 2021 and was founded in 1978 under the name De Schans BV and has been specializing in the field of temporary housing ever since.
Springtijs provides affordable and flexible housing solutions that meet the needs of our clients. These clients are located throughout the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.
Over the years, Springtij has profiled itself in providing top quality and customized solutions. Through the experience we have gained, we can also support and advise you on issues relating to housing and relocation.
A transient resolution to the escalating demand for houses
Circular and modular constructions represent not merely a transient resolution to the escalating demand for new housing but stand as an intelligent and sustainable response. Upon fulfilling its temporary function, a modular building undergoes meticulous disassembly, returning to the factory for refurbishment before being seamlessly reintegrated into a new project, whether within the same application or a different one.
This modular approach actively contributes to the principles of the circular economy. Furthermore, it enhances efficiency, as pre-produced modules are readily available in our partners warehouses. This strategic approach empowers Springtij to deliver with temporary housing solutions at an unparalleled speed. In some cases we can create a solution within a matter of days. Moreover, the modular nature allows for dynamic scalability, ensuring flexibility in responding to varying spatial requirements.
Tailored solutions that fit
your needs
We’re commitment to tailoring temporary solutions that precisely meet the unique demans and needs of our clients. At the heart of our story lies a fundamental belief: Whatever the question, Springtij always has a customized solution.
In the dynamic landscape of temporary housing solutions, we recognized early on that a one-size-fits-all approach falls short in addressing the diverse and evolving requirements of our clients. Thus, our journey became an exploration of customization, a relentless pursuit of understanding the distinct nuances that sets each project apart.
It is a story of collaboration and innovation, where our dedicated teams engage closely with our clients to unravel the intricacies of their needs. Whether it’s providing temporary housing for educational programs, accommodating corporate assignments, or supporting refugee resettlement, we approach each challenge with a commitment to delivering tailor-made solutions. From designing modular classrooms with cutting-edge technology to creating adaptable living spaces that seamlessly transition between purposes, we have consistently demonstrated that customization is not just a service we offer—it’s the very essence of who we are.
At Springtij, we don’t just provide answers; we craft customized solutions that resonate with the unique rhythms of each project, ensuring that, whatever the question, the answer is always a Springtij solution.
