The issue
Inventory with stakeholders
From March 2023 onwards, we were involved in the project as project manager by the client, the Municipality of Eindhoven, right from the start of the project.
First of all, an inventory of everyone’s interests was made with stakeholders and we investigated further whether this was feasible. In particular, determining the correct position of the location was an intensive investigation with several parties, but was completed with the desired result.
With right structured approach.
With the right structured approach, the entire preliminary process from plan to final design was realized with the right selection of a building within 3 months.
Through independent advice on the choice of supplier, openness in matters was guaranteed and the choice was widely supported.
All stakeholders were involved from beginning to end but were relieved by us through project management. The building was realized within 5 months, from permit application to occupation of the building by 180 children.
